The spiciest thing I've ever tried is probably a Thai soup, in a little Bangkok restaurant hidden from most tourists. THAT was really hot :eek:

But I don't think I'll miss any of them as I might miss french food, expecially cooked IN France where I can find the correct basic products. Try to cook a recipe based on Tomato in Ireland can be a very disappointing experience. The only thing the do better is potatoe :D
