Well, I see Saddam Hussein much like I see many of the money-hungry leaders of our modern world. Even France and Germany seem to be taking their sides because of money. The whole world is just going into a feeding frenzy right now, and the poor ignorant people of the world who lack any education are being lead by their leaders into some outrageous positions. Let us not forget that the reason Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait in the first placewas because Kuwait had for some time been cross-drilling down into Iraqi substrata and taking oil from Iroqi owned lands. Saddam even gave a series of ultimatum to Kuwaitis to cease their exploitation of his economy. I in no way support this guys actions, but it seems he did what the US would have done in a similar circumstance, and it at least explains his actions of destroying Kuwaiti fields in his retreat without any need to dehumanize the Saddam regime. The demonization (oh they're just evil I tell you, EVIL!!!) of any group of people is one of the worst consequences of war.
I've noticed that. Upset with your current portfolio?
