this code is good while we are using dot matrix printer to print a simple ascii file (generally txt file). it much much faster than printing from notepad or any windows based printing. i use this for daily reports in my projcts. pdf file is a windows file. it may not work. i never tried to print window based files in this way.
i can also provide for making bold, italic , underline and enlarge font for the dos style printing.
