Oh, I think you know what happened... :D :D
I haven't really explored the available plugins. However, what I have always been wanting is a way to spell-check a form on a webpage before submitting it. Does anyone know if there is such a thing?
Perhaps, Google Toolbar does exactly what you are looking for...Quote:

If I could have just the one button added, and not create a new row, that'd be acceptable. Maybe I'll install the thing later and see if it can be configured that way, but it don't look like it.Quote:

That one doesn't seem to be compatible with the latest version of FF... Or have I overlooked something?
I've been looking it over since posting the link. Thus far I think it's supposed to work with all versions from 1.0. Check here and see what you think.Quote:

Firefox 0.8, 0.9.x, ALL 1.0.x Releases, and numerous Trunk builds. I currently only support SpellBound with Firefox 1.0 or greater which includes Trunk builds.
Is it working for you?
Wow, maybe they have a bug in the version checking function? I imagine there may be a way to do it anyway, but you'd have to pour over the documentation and select whatever files it needs. I don't plan to dig that deep.Quote:

Still, I wish it had an easier way to access it than Ctrl+Shift+F7. Oh well, can't have everything...that is until someone writes the extension :)
Check this about Spellbound:

<EDIT>
It says it's on the context menu!! Now that's more like it!! :thumb:  :D
Interesting... It describes exactly the problem I face... Unfortunately, the URL to the download it recommends isn't working.
Google's Toolbar based check is pretty good and is working fine for me so far... So, I'll continue with it.
Guess what...
Seems the Mozilla site already has one:
https://addons.mozilla.org/addon.php?id=1022
Now that I've gone in a complete circle...
And I read this from that blog site:

Lets see... I'll try on another PC later today...
