Well looks like lots was said before i got online.

Hannes is the best oak i've met ever.. He's almost just like me..

We had a blast yesturday, I unfortunatly could not get there earlier, else we may have had a lot more fun.:D.. But i enjoyed it.. I definitely am going to make plans to go past again, If Hannes will let me, We still have so much to talk about, so mush to share..

Ahh and a little grumble here.. Brad.. Why did you not post that you had winners for the T-Shirts.. I saw that Hannes got his already... :ehh:

The only thing is next time i'm taking my pc with so that we can swap some stuff...

Then the van that i have, Its a 1969 Dodge D100 Custom,and I have built into it, Bunks, Packing space, fresh water tanks, a fridge, 3t winch, and lots more.. But the key thing is that I LOVE DRIVING IT... this is my baby..

Thanks hannes for the exelent time.. and it must happen again..

BTW. I have my passport (Italian) and i dont need visa to visit most countries, SO name the place and the time and i can be there (someone just pick me up at the airport :lol: )

There is a thread (a poll) existing on this forum that does exactly that (someone please help me with the URL) - segregate members on countries - however, I am not sure if the poll is public (i.e. whether one can see who voted what... ).

In general... Most of us frequent members know where another is... So, just do it! :thumb:

(I still do insist that my first love was a Maruti Suzuki 800 at my home in Bombay, 14 years back... :D)

I am wondering how many kms / miles has this car done since 1969? For how many have you used it?

I've had it for just over 4 years.. and done a good few kms in it.. 4 trips of over 2000Kms each..

About 30 000 km in total...

I love to drive it.. that's why i'm planning to go through to Hannes real soon again.. Excelent company...

Which places did you go visiting? Also, how far is Hannes'?

The longest drive I've done is also about 2k and in the US.
Los Angeles (CA) --> Las Vegas (Nevada) --> The Grand Canyon (Arizona) ---> Back to LA

The next one would be in Europe at about 1.7k
Heidelberg ---> Hannover (CeBIT) ---> Bremen ---> Cuxhaven (North See) ---> Heidelberg

...But, actually by European standard this isn't much. I know people who've done 5k on a vacation... In my case however, both were weekend trips and actually very tiring... :rolleyes: :D
