Last night I watched a nice movie called :
Saving Christmas
with Ben Affleck and Christina Applegate
Very funny movie :D
Last night I watched Grey's Anatomy.....ok it's not a movie :D
Ocean 12/Gone in 60 seconds
Watch Eragon last saturday.. was greatly disappointed how the movie turned out.. although Saphira was beautifully portrayed ..
Saw Casino Royale in the weekend. Seemed wierd for a Bond movie...
Did you guys know that they initialy offered the Role of Bond's girlfriend (not sure about her name in the movie) to Charlize Theron, and she turned it down.Quote:

Intelligent of her... :D
This time, none of the Bond-girls survived the movie...
I can say it's another action movie, but definitly not a bond type. Dan looks like bad man to me. :(Quote:

Basically casino royale did not have a "bond mission". But I would not agree that it was not good enough for a bond movie.. I liked Daniel Kraig! Of course, you don't expect him to be like say Pierce Brosnan moving around as a bond but I think he was better in that he did not use much gadgets.. He did not roll a car on a mouse pad. I think it will take some time before people start accepting him as a bond. Seems few like change.
The action sequences were good. The whole plot was rather pathetic lacking much sense and maturity. The whole playing cards thing doesn't suit a bond!
I liked Daniel from "Munich". It was a good movie and everyone played their role quite well. The girl in Casino Royale is from the movie "Kingdom of Heaven", I guess.
As for me, I expect a little bit brainy stuff in bond movies... And I did not agree to the logic of "M" why Bond was traded for his life by the girl and why the bad guys would let him survive just because the girl made a deal for all the money. It is just an unacceptable theory in my opinion. Bad guys are not that good! :D
Overall rating : 3/5 [the initial sequence was fantastic with the guys flying around :thumb:]
Evolotion - I think i've seen this about 20 times already...
But i love the one liner in it..
BTW has anyone seen "Night at the Museum"?
I am interested in the movie... As it seems to be worth watching in a theatre (right?).
Oh.. I am a Ben Stiller fan.. but haven't seen the movie yet... but it's like I like all of his movies.. so my review would be a bit biased... may be you take the lead for us by watching it first and then giving a review.. :) ;)
Okay... I'll do that. :)
This evening I go to watch "Mein Führer" - a controversial comedy (?) that seems to throw light on the life of Adolf Hitler...
