Creating Shortcut by IShellLink

Thanks Igor. You were right I didn't read the documentation carefully enough.

Calling SetPath() with "C:\\Windows\\System32\\cmd.exe" and SetArguments() with "/C \"C:\\Program Files\\Whatever\\something.bat\"" did the trick.
