Hi Vlad, I was and I am not upset. I always welcome constructive discussion. Besides all, I do not see anything wrong with your English language skills. I think your language skills are excellent.
I fully agree with your current post.
Again: I think there is no straightforward recipe how to use CS_HREDRAW | CS_VREDRAW styles. I did not conduct any research to find out which case is more frequent. I think using common sense is the best approach.
