I guess there is a "logical" answer that can be deducted from the question. My previous answer is one possibility. They asked someone else if the voice was that of Davey, the person said no. Then it must be Johnny.Quote:

if Johny was right (that he heared the gun shot and ran towards it) then it means that it will take him about 1 minute or so to reach there and then he will make a call but Johny diales 911 right after the incident without any pause or time wastage :) which is unbelievable and impossible unless he is a SuperMan!

You know what, I'm sorry... this was probably the worst question ever, and a waste of your time :(.
What actually happened (in the story) is that Johnny held Davey at gunpoint and made him record the message. Johnny then shot Davey fatally. He proceeded to call the police. He had been wearing gloves so his fingerprints would not be found on the gun. When the police examined the scene of the crime, they didn't find Johnny's fingerprints on the phone, even though he claimed to have used it.
So really the short answer is: there were no fingerprints on the phone.

One day when Kaliph was listening to people's problems in an open court, three men came there crying and they requested the Kaliph to solve their problem, here is the problem:
"These men invested their money in a business of cattle (namely camels) but now they wanted to separate their money, there are 17 camels, first man claims a share of 1/2 of the total money, second claims 1/3 of the total money and the third person has a share of 1/9 of the total money.
Now how to divide camels between them according to their share. U r not allowed to slaughter any camel"
Kaliph thought for a little time and then solved their problem, can any one tell me the answer.

The Khaliph added one of his camels to the cattle so
1st man took 9
2nd man took 6
3rd man took 2
and the Khaliph took his own camel...

here it is:
three poker players (A, B and C)played three games.In the first game A lost and B and C doubled their money, In the second game B lost and A and C doubled their money, In the third the first game C lost and A and B doubled their money. In the end every one had $24. How much did they have in the beggining.

If we say x, y, and z is what they had at the beginning, and a, b, and c is what each of them lost in each game, we can write the correct equations (and feed them in Maple :) )
