it does seems like a total humiliation...but it's not...it just some humiliation:D...anyway, if we always win, we'll not become so eager to push back...the big lost will be our strenght from now on  to fight back...
for the first 20 minutes, the game was a balance game...but, maybe they're so tired after the previous clash, they play some mistakes....

Re: 2005-2006 European Football Cups Season
Thank you Holland! :) The victory in Praga keeps our (Romanian) hopes that we can still go for the play-offs for the 2006 World Cup. If the Czechs don't win in Finland.
The Poles and English should also be thankful, because with Holland's victory they are both qualified no matter the result of their last match (in England) and their position in the final results table. And same for Croatians, who secured they presence in Germany with their victory against Sweden as best positioned runner-ups.
May good things happen in Helsinki on Wednesday.
Re: 2005-2006 European Football Cups Season
that's right...many countries should give Holland a toast...
//Marco Van Basten...he was great player until Serie A killed his career;)...
Re: 2005-2006 European Football Cups Season
The Serie A killed many carriers. Take Ronaldo for example. ;)

Ronaldo..the Brazilian? or the Portuguese? Or any other...they play in Spain and england respectively. By the way...all the best to your team for the expected results..
This weekend went quite boring since none of the footer matches were coming up due to the internationals and they dint even show those. Cricket was happening with Australia nailing down the rest of the world XI... :D
Re: 2005-2006 European Football Cups Season
Ronaldo, the Brazilian of course. He played for Inter Milan and nearly ended his career there. Ronaldo, the Portuguese never played in Serie A.

Re: 2005-2006 European Football Cups Season
I prefer to talk only about computers and programs at codeguru, but since I'm a fan of soccer and there are not many people around me to whom I can talk about that subject, I'll post just a few words here to say that yesterday was a great day for the French team, because, at last it has qualified for the world championship in Germany. The French footballers were so bad they were third in their group before that last day of qualification. It was very likely that the Swiss team would win against the Irish team, and in that case, the French had to score five goals to Cyprus in order to finish ahead of the Swiss.
In the first half, the French put three goals. In the second half, they put one goal, but then ... nothing. At the same time in Ireland, there was no goals.
In the end, the weak French team did not manage to score a fifth goal, but it was lucky becasue Switzerland did not win.
So see you in Germany.
Re: 2005-2006 European Football Cups Season

But only 1 to zero binary...
