i just mean to say that it doesn't matter 'where we r from ' as long as we collectively put effort to teething problems in any field of life.
so it doesn't matter if a MARTIAN comes & puts in good efforts & for that matter we don't need to know ourselves country-wise or region-wise or anything else but the intention!!

For the second, I have thought about couting all posts one by one, and then decided for another solution. Go the the forum page and click on the column that gives you the number of posts. It will show you the people who posted and their number of posts. I still have to cound how many people, but it's not that bad ;)

And this poll is not here as something useful to make us do better programs, it's here because we where curious about it. It's still interesting to know. It's not representative of the programming world as the countries most represented here are the english speaking countries (or those that do not have problem with foreign languages). I am sure there's at least one programmer in Japan but there is still no vote. I'm sure as well they are not the best learning foreign languages (may even be as bad as french :P).
