You need to reword that sentence with a disclaimer and remove & reword some parts please:

In England is considered racist to say someone is a "black sheep"? In Romania, a "black sheep" means a person who has done something bad which brings embarrassment or disrespect to their family. BTW, this definition is taken from the Cambridge Dictionary, so I'm kinda lost here. Could you explain a little bit?

Actually I'm referring to the nursery rhyme "Baa baa black sheep, have you any wool ? Yes sir, yes sir, three bags full etc etc"

But then we shouldn't be highlighting the fact that it is a sheep either, as this could make it more conscious of the fact that there are more cows at it's particular farm which get special attention (i.e. milking), or the fact that goats wool is worth more than the average sheeps wool, which could be considered discriminatory by many sheep.
