Man Utd again failing to register a victory in a supposedly simple match. Paul Scholes took a red card. Was not able to see any of the matches since there seems to be some problem with our cable service provider. Ree...hold on your breath...liverpool fight for a win tonight with Anderlecht (probably a Belgian club, where is Marc??? :) probably supporting his country's club :) )

What a match last night between Real Madrid and Rosenborg. A football lesson taught in the second half by Real. Great football.
Ah, the Red Devils dissapointed me again. Lucky that the other match in the group ended in a draw too.
Re: 2005-2006 European Football Cups Season
Chelsea are on fire!!! There goal scoring has improved a lot...they scored 5 against Bolton Wanderers last weekend and then here they score 4. Who is gonna stop them this time?

Well that happens ;), when you have defenders like Paolo, Nesta, Billy (Costacurta) running against you nothing much can be done :D . I agree that the things are messed up in Serie A but the quality of football cannt be doubted. The career ending case was that of Rivaldo who never fitted in Ancelotti's plans. Nevertheless Crespo on the other hand resurrected his career at Milan and is going good for Chelsea as well.
As of the Champions League, Iam fairly confident of Milan making it all the way. I know we have had draws with PSV and that other side but if you watched those games you would know that this Milan side is capable of playing some dazzling football. Just look at the striking powers of the Rosseneri - Shevchenko, Inzaghi, Vieri (I love to see him in Milan colours, I always loved him) and Alberto Gilardino. Add to that one of the most rigid defences in Europe and you know what you are against ;). We have left the disaster of Istanbul behind us and are now looking forward.
Man United is on a decline, there is only one soln to it - Fire Freggie!! And as of your wonder kid Rooney, well he is like Owen promised so much but never lived to his expectations.

MILAN THRASH JUVE :D :D :D!!!!
The Rosseneri are back in title race .
We ended their unbeaten streak !!!
Yeah, yeah, yeah!!!
And Utd are touching new lows...
FORZA MILAN!!!
Re: 2005-2006 European Football Cups Season
What happened to Juventus' defense? Very strange. Unbelievable.
Anyway, Trezeguet scored again. Allez Trezegoal!
Re: 2005-2006 European Football Cups Season
Juve's defence is surely the best in Europe (it's better than Chelsea's and Milan's :(). The main culprit for Juve was their new goalkeeper Buffon is injured while Milan man Abbiati didnt play. So the blunders by the keeper led to their downfall. Yeah Trezeguet did score in the second half but it was all too late by then.
I had thought Pippo Inzaghi to score a goal but he couldnt, anyways it's nice to have Super Pippo back but he relies too much on the offside trap which becomes irritating at times.

Well said. I knew it the day Beckham left.
Well, right now I'm wearing a blue pullover on which is written Chelsea. It was a birthday present, from someone who didn't know my true allegiance. ;)
