If the answer to that is yes, that sounds like everyone now has an excuse to do bad things. One can think, "Oh, I will be forgiven anyways if I accept Jesus as my savior before I die." That doesn't sound right. Accepting Jesus as one's savior entails certain actions on their part. Its like this: when we accept we made a terrible mistake and is repentant, don't we do and try to correct our ways? Its basically the same with that. God can't be mocked. He knows what our intentions are. So my point is: one has to do that, way before the brink of dying. :DQuote:

Yes, but how will one prove that they truly have accepted Jesus as their savior? But you know, the "good book" did say that God sees what's in our hearts. So in the end, it is God who will decide if that person's repentance and acceptance is genuine. :)Quote:
