Kiran, you probably live in a part of the US that isn't known for a low cost of living. :DQuote:

Some others offer coupons in newspapers ( not valid for the just released movies ).Quote:

Just got paid, and went to do some shopping, and we found a "ORIGINAL DVD" sale on. End of range/ Unsaleable stock. and picked up "Warlock : Armagedon" and "Jonny Mnemonic" for R40 ~($5) each. expecially considering that DVD's sell for R120 to R200 each..
watched ice age 2 (and after that ice age) ... i know.. but i hadn't see those earlier.. fantastic movies.. a must see, for entertainment, of course.. :)
Credit granted... :D ;)Quote:

The motorcycle diaries Nice, thought provoking movie.
I watched Guru last night.
Abhishek Bachchan has done a good job in acting and so has erstwhile star Mithun Chakraborty who was really impressive. I was never a fan of Aishwarya Rai, and she never does fail to disappoint me - especially when she dances and her simian ancestors seem to take predominance. :D
The movie is very evidently based on the life of a famous Indian Business tycoon who being the son of a teacher set up a conglomerate that makes 10% of India's revenue.
I expected more from the music to be frank, but overall the movie is worth a watch (not necessarily in the theatres the way I did).
Guru is already a hit here.. amitabh said he would watch it 100 times as his son has done a marvellous job... of course that is a part of publicity from Big B but thats what he said... :)
Watched John Grisham's The Rainmaker... the 2nd time ... and enjoyed it more than last time as I had nearly forgotten the plot... nice one.. Mr. Copolla has done a great job..
Today watching the 8 hour movie - India vs West Indies.. and believe me, it is already a hit... :D ;)
Scarry Movie 2
I read today in the Newspaper that the lead actor in "Tsotsi" presley Cheweneyagae Or something like that Has been busted with a fake driver's licence. So we'll have to see what's going to happen with him :)
Watched War of the Worlds on Sunday, and to be honest, I was actually quite disappointed with the thin story line. Not one of Steven Spielberg's best movies..
Yeah. A weak one , by Spielberg's standards.Quote:

Interesting picturization of three different characters bound by one single incident that has gravely affected each one of them.
