Instead of pouring massive amounts of money in such research, just get rid of them :D

Cigarettes here are expensive at ~ 4 €s for a pack of 20.

I often wonder what would happen if the smokers instead of burning hard earned cash by smoking put that same money into charity, Red Cross... Or even into their own pockets to make their lives better...

In a life time, they would have most probably saved enought to purchase a home with a room more, a car with features more - not to mention do themselves the favour of not painting their lungs with Nicotine and their insurances the favour of not having to pay for expensive treatment and therapies.

In Japan that is very common :( . They have a whole resturant, then they divide the whole room into non-smoking and smoking area, but honestly will the smoke know that this area is non-smoking therefore its not allowed to enter? Even McDonalds have a smoking area :(

unfortunately, its not easy to get rid of the tabacco or alcohol industry for that matter, one is economic reason :ehh:

yeah, I do really respect those who considers not to smoke in public places, or whn among non smoking friends.. I had the same attitude when I usd to smoke before, It makes me uncomfortable smoking in front of my friends...

I do smoke...but I can't see smoking can make girls more pretty... :p
