What Movie are you watching Now ??...

Watched 2 movies this weekend - The Edge (Anothony Hopkins, Alec Baldwin) and Out of Time (Denzel Washington, Eva Mendes).

The Edge is truely sensational.. it's quite old (1997) but it's highly entertaining.. My reco - **must see**

Out of time - I am sorry to have seen this movie after watching the Indian remake of it. "Zaher" released here, copies the complete storyline.. the movie is good but I didn't enjoy it since it felt like a repetition for me.. Denzel doesn't change his flower-print shirt even this movie though.. :D ;)

Hmm thats right.. i never thought of it... (seen this one a few times) and the story line covers several day's..

Can anyone suggest movies based on "missions" - I don't know what they are called but something like - Indiana Jones, Saving Private Ryan or a Spy mission.. it could have an adventurous theme or a war theme as the base... ??? Please ... please..

I am yet to see Blood Diamond, so may be that is what I am wanting to see...

Aishwarya Rai can dance for me ANY time. I'll admit that I've never seen any of her movies, but she has to be one of the most beautiful women in the world.

I just finished watching the Illusionist DVD. It's a very good movie, highly recommended. I wanted to watch Groundhog Day on Friday, one of my favorite DVD's, but one of my kids lost the DVD. Ah well.

I watched Saints and Soldiers yesterday. It's a war themed movie and not necessarily the mission that you probably are looking for. But, it was a nice movie. I loved it.

I agree too. I used to have posters of her splashed all over my hostel ( dorm ) room in my teen days :D :D But , sure, I guess her acting talents aren't as good.

Now watching The One with Jet Li.

Loved the ending...

Yeah, it was quite good.
The fight scenes were excellent, Jet Li at his best!
Just imagine if there was another Hannes or Gremmy somewhere in a paralel universe!... :eek:

Just to be safe... is it similar to "thin red line" because I hated that movie when I saw just the first 30 mins... I finished it coz I had invested in it.. but it was a total waste.. :)

You know what it's about: man's inhumanity against man, senseless violence spawned by hatred and fear, with one man rising above it and saving lives at risk to his own.

I found it to be powerful, moving, gripping even. Don Cheadle is phenomenal. I cannot recommend this movie too highly.

Hm.... I loved thin red line. I can say that. I have a tendency to like movies which may not have a strong story line, but might have good characterization.
