A couple of nights ago I watched a program, they say that there are 8 levels in which they test your urine colour. 1 being the lightest, 8 being the darkest.
If you get an 8, you know that you are VERY dehydrated, if You managed to get above eight, you could die within 2 hours, because of dehydration. :eek:
