I thought that it was multiply any estimate by 4??? As per Mr. Scott.
Besides no manager sees any estimate as reasonable. My boss takes my estimates and divides them by 8, no matter the number I throw at him!

hehehe -- unlucky dude.... my boss has luckily realised that dividing my estimates, just means she looks like an idiot when we deliver late :)
Seems as though our management strives to achieve this appearance! Unfortunately, finding another decent job in the NE USA is not easy at the moment. There of lots of jobs, just at companies as bad as mine! Oh Spork guide me!
