one minute of the circle that had a radius 180m is pi/60 meters so a meter is 60/pi minutes and 100m are 6000/pi minutes (from the circle and time) so 6000/pi minues or 100/pi hours is correct.
Can you decide to whom the point goes I'm a bit puzzled. I was sort of collective thing thinking that lead you to the result.

If I had said 'I see myself in the mirrors' then you should've halfed the distances. But I said 'I see my reflection x meters away' that means that the distances stay the same.

The radius of the mirror circle should be 92.5 m according to me, and of the observer 90 m.Quote:

Aha, so you do admit it. :mad: 'I see my reflection x meters away', ask anybody who has had physics, optics or even five year old, they will tell you that based upon this sentence the mirror is half the distance away, x/2. I can even start up a poll if you want. Question: if your reflection is x meter away, how far is the mirror?Quote:

If you want to I'll Give you a point. I admit that I had the distance division in mind and tried to think up a way to avoid it so it wold be cathcier and more difficult. Obviosly i didn't do this. So: you're right we're wrong. Have a point and ask a question.

Just another link: reflection. It is quite good, they give an equation for the distance of the reflected object from the mirror as function of the focal point and the distance of the real object from the mirror:Quote:

1/i + 1/o = 1/f
As you can see, this implies that in physics we understand under distance between the image of how far away the image is the sum i+o = 2*o for a flat mirror. I don't want any points in case you consider them mercy. I think only correct answers matter.
