well, the cyberpunk hanbook is a guideline describing such things as leetspeak or how to dress if you are a nerd. and, of course, it also gives an explanation of what cyberpunk is.
with "gibson" i meant william gibson, who is the inventor of cyberpunk. i really recommend his books! maybe you know the movie "johnny mnemonic" which is based on a short story by gibson.
