Since when was there a person here who got caned for spitting on the sidewalk? Are you talking about the American guy who got caned for vandalism? That happened exactly 10 years ago, and he was supposed to receive 12 strokes of the cane and jail, as a welcome gift from our government.
However, the American president of that time, Abraham Lincoln, wrote....sorry. The American president of that time, Bill Clinton, wrote a letter to our Prime Minister asking for reduction of the punishment, and so the caning was reduced to about 4 or 2 strokes. Can't remember.
Anyway, MiCk......the Xeon today is different from the Xeon in the past. The Xeon today has started to appreciate his little country more and more, ever since he discovered that the local girls are so darn nice and are the best in the world. That's the only reason this country of mine is worth appreciating. :D
