I am very fussy about one brand of a popular deodorant (dont want to name it for fear of being pelted with stones), and use it in my sport shoes. :D
I can tolerate any deo but this one on my self... :D
No kidney or liver for me, No Innerds EVER... Just watching Fear factor's second stunt (Eating stuff) can make me hurl..
I eat meat, no problem, but nothing more....
:D..
:D
Good ones!
I actually hoped for more reples :(
I'm extremely fussy.
I use only one brand of shampoo, one brand of toothpaste, one brand of deoderant.
I'm very fussy with food - if something doesn't look nice, I don't eat it - I don't care what it was or how good it might be :)
Clothes, shoes etc. just as fussy.
Certain Hi tech brands, I avoid. If I had a problem with something, I'll never buy anything of that brand.
In a lot of things, I'm very one dimensional, and yes, very predictable - but, I'm comfortable.
it
May I suggest a new version of you? Perhaps 2.0.1.345? :D ;)Quote:

I am happy to have «L'académie française» to specify the french language as best as possible.
I hate hearing "HTML is tag soup and the W3C recommandations don't matter".
I've always been like I am.
When I was a little boy, I didn't speak yet at the age I should have. I was stick with one word sentences such as "Papa" or "Maman".
A far relative of mine suggested that I might be retarted, but my parents knew I was not retarted from the overall behaviour I had.
Then, one day, I suddenly started using complex sentences such as "Maman, admire les beaux oiseaux qui volent dans le ciel", that most boys of my age could not be able to form.
My memory doesn't go that far, and so I cannot know the reason behind this strange behaviour.
Maybe, it's because I wanted to know the language relatively well before using it.
I like to try things, based on instincts, or judgement, or suggestions sometimes... If I do not like the thing, I generally throw it away (price paid doesnt matter then). I have good feel about certain brands though, I think that came from experience and use of them since long time.
Once I was fixated on one perticular denim brand, and followed it for 4-5 years, I used to think that it is the perfect fit for me, just before few months I was gone shopping with few friends and I tried another brand, it looked good, even better than my brand.... I felt little stupid on not trying it earlier. :)
I am not brand fixated, but when I gift something, it has to be high in quality. If I want to gift myself something that I cant afford then I will wait for months, even years (ignoring cheaper alternatives) to save and then make the purchase I always wanted to! :D
Is this being finicky?
Other than that, I try to see patterns in my life and this really drives me mad because, sometimes I feel that something bad is going to happen, and then -- it does! :D
 Only bad things ?Quote:

The last time I worried something bad was going to happen was when I was driving home from France, and I just thought 'aquaplaning'. Within minutes it was raining heavily and 5 minutes after that my car slipped out of the freeway.  This in spite of the fact that I had reduced my speed from an insanely-high to something very normal - but, it had to happen - destiny?
Luckily, no one was hurt. :)
But, I really hate driving in the rains nowadays!
I remember a few weeks ago, I wanted to break this fussy - ness.
It was time for new shaving cream, and is if it were fate, I saw an advert on TV, advertising the "amazing" shaving cream with all sort of extra lubricants to make the whole shaving experience more enjoyable.
The saturday, I went to the shop and baught this amzaing shaving cream - man, I actually felt good paying 50 bucks for it!
Later that night, I went to the bathroom ( as per my normal routine ). I opened the shaving cream can, and started squirting the cream onto my hands ( that is how you do it, right ¿ )
Then, the cream didn't want to stop pouring out of the can, it just kept on and on spewing the cream out!
So, to make a long story short, I never got to shave with this amazing shaving cream, and, I'll never buy it again - the cheaper ones usually works all the time :D
I think you forgot to release the pressure from the dispenser... :pQuote:

Well... Let me suggest you a simple way around that: Use shaving soap and a good badger brush instead of those newfangled pressure can dispenser thingies. Believe me, you'll never even think about using canned shaving cream any longer... :)Quote:
