I have a resistor on my keyboard, I put one end of it to the Scroll Lock ky and the other end to the Pause/Break key, can somone point me what i'm doing wrong..?;)
It's simple just divide how old you are by the amount of volts that are going through the resistor, multiply that by the radius of the moon, subtract how old Abraham Lincoln was when he died, and look in the dictionary the word that you got.Quote:

The 'Edit Thread' button might be down there for you, but not me. So Cherish was probably laughing about you, thinking everyone can modify their thread.
...
Is 'No rules' a rule?
To my knowledge, regular members should be able to edit the title of the threads they have created. Perhaps I was wrong... ;)Quote:

// AFAIK, one can change the title when replying to a thread... but I wasn't aware one can change the title of the thread they created. Only moderators can do that. ;)
EDIT:
So what's the purpose of the poll (and of this thread) again? :D
You know, this  emoticons looks to me like a sarcastic "yeah, yeah, sure...". Aparantly it means LOL. That's why I asked...Quote:

Not exactly, just to see how many programmers liked rules. And to let people know who to ignore (for those who want to ignore them-the ones who don't follow rules). :DQuote:

adv 1: in some unspecified way or manner; or by some unspecified means; "they managed somehow"; "he expected somehow to discover a woman who would love him"; "he tried to make is someway acceptable" [syn: someway, someways, in some way, in some manner] 2: for some unspecified reason; "It doesn't seem fair somehow"; "he had me dead to rights but somehow I got away with it"; "for some reason they didn't seem to match" [syn: for some reason]

Well if someone doubts something they have a reason to doubt, so under the definition, "2: for some unspecified reason" this is what I got: "For some unspecified reason I doubt that's the real reason."Quote:

But it's cool. I already voted. ;)Quote:

If you take enough speed or if you go fast enough, time will go backwards.
That doesn't make much sense.
But 1969??? I wonder if they had date problems back then?
I would like a moderator to explain this. :)
maybe because of the forum update...from what I know from the oldtimer here, this forum is not the same as the forum on 1999...so maybe when Brad update this forum, there's a slight Y2K bugs issues.......
another theory is, the first '9' in 1999 had been turned upside down by a bugs codename: Max:D...thus resulting to 19'6'9....
another theroy: the admin forgot to initialize the 'last_act" variable...thus it throws garbage values to our faces..:p
another another theroy: this forum had been here since 1969...meanings, before there's internet age, CG had release its beta version...
or maybe CG is the pioneer of communicating medium between Neil Armstrong and the earth base when he went to the moon in 1969...he use this forum to debug or ask his spaceship programming errors:D...
Really?Quote:
