I see two very simple solutions:
*Serialized mode. All ideas should be sent by email to topic starter and he/she will post it here.
*We need to elect someone to be peform DPC (distributed posting coordinator) job - editing messages of other members to keep the id sequence nice and growing. Personally vote for exterminator. :D

btw: This is NOT a necessary fact. There are some people who (lose or volunarily give up) their right to practice Medicine/Law/etc. Since it is unknown where in the class this sample graduated, the effects of post graduation events make the exact percentages unknown.
