Fast thinking color test.

Since programmers supposedly have good minds...Try saying out loud the actual color of each word rather than read the word.

I gave it a try, but ended at the 'red'. What's the name of that colour?

Isn't "red" purple?

I ended at the "blue" - what color is that? :o

'blue' is pink.
'red' is magenta.

I would call it mauve.

This turns out to be a test for color-blindness... :D

green = RGB(255, 0, 0)
blue = RGB(255, 0, 167)
red = RGB(155, 0, 255)
yellow = RGB(0, 0, 255)
black = RGB(0, 255, 0)
orange = RGB(255, 255, 0)
purple = RGB(255, 135, 0)

I deal in HEX.

red => #FF0000
pink => #FF00AA
purple => #9900FF
blue => #0000FF
green => #0000FF
yellow => #FFFF00
orange => #FFAA00

I'm not sure but I believe that 'transparent' is black, and that 'pink' is transparent.

I showed it to my friend Joel, and he said them in about 2 seconds. I was very impressed. Then he said that he looked over his glasses so that the text would be blurry beyond readable and he just read the colors.
