Hello, I have been using Borland C++ Builder 6.0 Professional with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit on my Mac via Bootcamp. Is this version of Borland C++ fully compatible with Windows 8.1? Is it advisable to get Windows 7 64-bit Professional instead?

That compiler is ancient so you should really considering updating to a newer version!
