I have debugged it down to the subreport.... The subreport is in the report header. I choose to export it to excel. it counts down to 65,000ish records...
If I remove the subreport, it exports all 270K rows...
If I move the subreport to a group header, it exports all 270K rows...
Unfortunately, the subreport needs to be in the report header...
Any help would be appreciated...
