Where are the Announsments?

I cannot find the "Announsments: before you post ...." anymore. :sick:
The link http://forums.codeguru.com/announcement.php?f=51 doesn't work.
Is it only my problem? Or a global one?

(I just wanted yesterday to post its link to some new member to let it know how to attach images and use TAGs, but could not find this very useful link.)

FYI - Announcements like the one in question show up under Announcements in the control panel... The one in question expired.... I added five years to the END Date.


Guess What - Moderators "should also" have access the the Announcements section and can add/edit as needed.
