    Yes, dragonfire allows you to create an app all on your Windows platform, and they use their mac to upload it to the appstore for you.

    its been a breeze for me. the api is pretty clean and easy to understand. I created my app and got it published to the appstore within a couple weeks, and it's nice to use a language I already kno...
