    Re: Compression error

    How did you check this "no of bytes as 1 to the WriteFile"?
  3. Re: Looking for software to divide a A4 page into multiple parts ?

    [moved from the "Multithreading" forum]
  4. Re: Setting Font of Buttons in CDialog through .rc file

    Then set the dialog font for this CMFCButton.
    Add this line on your OnInitDialog override:

    ...
    {
    CDialog::OnInitDialog();

    myMFCButton.SetFont(GetFont());
    ...
    }where myMFCButton...
  5. Re: Setting Font of Buttons in CDialog through .rc file

    Have a look at MSDN: you seem to need calling EnableMenuFont method (only a guess. cause I never used the CMFCButton class!)
  6. Re: Setting Font of Buttons in CDialog through .rc file

    And you don't additionally set/change buttons' font in the code. Do you?
  7. Re: Setting Font of Buttons in CDialog through .rc file

    How are these buttons created? In the resources or dynamically?

  9. Re: Knowing when a web page has been opened or close

    And how this "web page" is about to use in your VC++/MFC project?
  10. Re: [RESOLVED] how i get point on a 3D line knowing the Z or X or Y?

    In such a case you cannot "calculate the 'T".
    Just because the points Destiny and Origin are the same.
    And it is up to you to prove whether it is possible and if it is then by what conditions.
  11. Re: Changing textColor of CMFCBUTTON in disabled state

    I never used CMFCButton class, so i can only guess...
    Try to override the CMFCButton::OnDrawText method.
  12. Re: Changing background Color of CBS_DROPDOWN CCombobox

    Your manner to not post your actual code (and instead post pseudo code or/and some meaningless "description") doesn't make much sense and does not help to understand what and how you really do....
  13. Re: Changing background Color of CBS_DROPDOWN CCombobox

    Then, please, post your real actual code, not a pseudo code you have posted.
    The best would be to post the small test project that can reproduce this behavior.
  14. Re: Changing background Color of CBS_DROPDOWN CCombobox

    Did you debug your code?
    Is the MyDialog::OnInitDialog() called?
    Where is the call of the base class OnInitDialog()?
  15. Re: how create a 3D collision function?

    Done
  16. Re: how create a 3D collision function?

    ;)
  17. Re: how create a 3D collision function?

    Please, edit your post to make it readable!
  18. Re: Changing background Color of CBS_DROPDOWN CCombobox

    Did you try to handle WM_CTLCOLOR?

    Re: DLL C++ and C#

    Yes. But it produces the memory leaks! Your DLL allocates some piece of memory by every call. And it never deallocates these pieces!

    Then change the function in the DLL. It should have two...

  24. Re: visual studio, resource file error : opened in another editor

    Try to close all the documents opened in the VS.
  25. Re: visual studio, resource file error : opened in another editor

    It usually means that either this .rc file is already opened (for instance as a text file) or some of the included (.h, .rc, .rc2 ...) files is/are opened. Try to find all of them and close.
