Codeguru Rooms
Rooms here not marked as 1,2,3,4,5..continously ..but random numbers, right ?
in C++ room, it is f=9, here it is f=22.

It's not random number, it's just represent the forum creation order, if a new forum would need to be created, it would use the next ID available, something like 70+.

Over time the forums have been rearranged, merged, spliced, added, deleted and so on, leading to the somewhat chaotic fashion of numbering you see today.

Assigning random numbers is the best choice because, if let's say, we choose a logical order and give 1 for C++ and (ULONGLONG)-1 for Java, some guys would be extremely unhappy.
