Re: Save the Cheerleader, Save the World

    *** spoilers ***

She ended up locating Peter, so I doubt it was him that was "more scarey". Plus, they painted Peter as a good-hearted guy and he had never indicated seeing her to this point. As such, I'd have to say that theory is wrong.

Why didn't Linderman heal himself? Or better yet, why did ....?... (don't know his name) 's hand come out messy? If he had rematerialized his hand in a way that would get icky and would kill, then I would image his hand would have been stuck in the head or would have come out relatilvely clean. That seemed plausable and cool (so to speak), but when analyzed left a few questions for me.

I also think there are a few people that would have made sure Silar was dead rather than leaving it open ended -- like the cheerleader and her dad.

Interesting show, but I'm finding you can't look too deep or it starts to unravel....

I read September 24, 2007 somewhere, but I don't know if that is accurate.

The end was too bad, with all those powers they could have done a climax of 2 episodes....what a waste... I am highly disappointed with the end they came up with...

When you use 22 episodes to build to a conclusion, you have to have a very strong conclusion. I agree that what they did was very lame based on the build-up they provided.

But then again, I don't know that they could have delivered a finale to fit the build-up. . But I agree that they could have done better though.

It has been a less than impressive season....

The writers promised shorter overall story lines and more surprises. I'm not seeing it. This seasson seems like a lot of dull story lines that are filling time until a real story can begin.

Up to this point, they could have spent each week focused on an individual character and made it more interesting. I read a review that pretty much bashed each story line and the character development. The more I see this season, the more I think I should quit watching and simply wait to get the DVD set at the end of the season. That might be less painful.

But unfortunately season 1 hooked me, so I'll keep watching......
    for a while.
