    I wish I had a new car that works perfectly and will never blow up.
    You now have a perfectly functioning car, but it only gets 0.01 MPG (or Km/L) and you must travel significant distances every day, so all of your money goes into the gas tank.

    I wish someone had responded to my last wish [post #20 was skipped ]

    It is a specific (major) brand of hotdog/frankfooter....

    You have just had a complete stomach bypass, and will never be hungry again, of course you will need intravenious nutrition for the rest of your life....
