Me watching the anime and reading the manga. But the anime story is very draggy. My favourite character is Shikamaru!

Actually Bleach is better than Naruto. Both animes are by the same studio. The thing which is most frustrating about them is there are too many fillers, spoiling the main arcs.

I would suggest those who only watch these 2 animes to try out other genres of anime than fighting animes. The fightings in Bleach are very well done. The thing I like about these animes, is because I like to read western fantasy and science fiction books, these animes are the animation version of those fantasy worlds in the books!

Since you all likes fighting animes, I recommend you Claymore. Claymore is easily the best anime of 2007. It is a dark fantasy anime where the evil monsters are insanely more powerful than the Claymores who are all made up of women fighters, think the opposite of Bleach!

I wonder what topics the Japanese manga do not draw about, they have drawn about tennis, drift racing, pirates, ninjas, basketball, bowling, American football, classical music and so on. I like American football after watching Eyeshield 21. Most animes in Japanese are from best selling mangas. What I like about animes is they are beautifully drawn. On the other hand, American cartoon quality have taken a deep dip, I wonder where the creativity in the 80s and 90s cartoons have gone to.
