VB 2008 Tutorials?
I'm currently at college doing a computer course and we're now doing programming and have just given an assignment to do (designing a math test for primary school children) and there's an awful lot of stuff we're expected to do, but haven't been taught. (I think he's messed up the assignment, again)
Are there any useful tutorials that I can use to help me, please? A friend of mine and another tutor have both told me 'no-one uses VB any more' and I've generally found it difficult to get any form of help at all.

Re: VB 2008 Tutorials?
I have a link in my signature for 101 Samples that should help. They have C# and VB.Net versions as well. If you can't see it, go to your User CP and turn them on.

May be of use to those asking about Programming Tutorials
Nice selection of code snippets on many languages

A major feature of dreamincode.net is that they encourage students to seek help with their homework.
