Job Description - Manager

As a Manager with our client you will lead project teams to deliver solutions to customers. On application development projects, you will be the primary day-to-day contact with your client and manager of your team. In this capacity, you will be responsible for project estimating, work planning, issues management, risk management and change control. On IT strategy or process projects, you may be a member of a team with more senior consultants. You may also be involved in the business development process by supporting sales efforts and developing proposals. You will be expected to take an internal leadership role in one or more areas to grow the company and to coach, mentor and review junior employees who may or may not be on your project team.

Required Qualifications

· Five to ten years of consulting or related experience
· Experience leading teams in a project based environment
· Experience managing clients or customers
· Experience across all phases of the SDLC
· Expertise in Microsoft .Net with SharePoint
· Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
· Experience in multiple industries or business functions
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Desire to work in a team-based environment
· Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science or comparable major
