creating a window application

sir,
i want to create 5 buttons in my first page and when it is clicked, will be navigated to different pages based on the option. should i create 6 different forms and call them as they are clicked, or should i use a single form and use multiple panels and create it. how is a windows software created

When you are saying pages - are you referring to web pages with input buttons? or a windows form application, with multiple buttons?
