How to skip compile Windows sdk header file?

I'm not quite sure what you mean. If you have
in your program and you don't want to compile the sql.h header file, you can just comment out that line as

And what is the problem with the header? The header just adds a bunch of declarations to your code, but does not bring any extra thing to be compiled. What is the problem with that?
