Are you wanting help with a program you are writing, or are you wanting to share code that is complete and has elements worth sharing?

If you are needing help, then the recommendation is to simply post a question about a specific issue you are having with your program. Most people are not going to want to debug the entire thing, so if you can cut and paste the code that is having issues into forum question, then that is the best approach. If you do this, make sure your post title/subject line is a description (short) of what you need help with.

If you are asking to share completed, good code with the members of the site, then the best thing to do is to submit an article. This is just a description of the problem you are solving, how you solved it, and any tips/tricks you'd like to share. If you do this, then you can simply email the article to submit@codeguru.com and it will be reviewed for publishing on the site.
