    Programming for children

Can anyone recommend a graphical simple introduction to programming games etc (for Windows) - preferably free! - suitable for a bright 6 year old? I've had Scratch suggested but I know nothing about methods of programming that would be suitable for young children.

    Any advice would be welcome.

Well if I didn't have to do all this grown-up stuff all the time I certainly would be playing around with robots.
