BBG Management Corporation has an opportunity for Tech App Support Analyst in Montreal, QC.

The ideal candidate will join an eminent financial services corporation that offers a variety of banking solutions to clients across the globe. Responsibilities:
- Responding to and resolving user concerns/problems in a timely manner
- Investigating the causes of any issues and taking measures to prevent them from reoccurring
- Working with partners and third parties to improve functionality and quality of products
- Participating in tech events and testing

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of various networks and technologies (Java, .NET, Unix/Linux)
- Excellent scripting abilities
- Experience with SQL is an asset
- University/college education
