Lync SDK building own conversation form

Hey all there is an article on the Microsoft website located HERE that details how to go about creating a chat window like so:



However, the website is pretty confusing and I have been trying to piece together all the code from all 5 pages it has. I'm getting errors in the code left and right and was wondering if anyone has been able to piece this code together and use it? If so, it would be great if you could share it with me so that I can continue with developing my own Lync chat window.

I would paste my current code here but it's far too large.

Any help would be great!

That Lync 2010 technology is 6 years old. I'd recommend going with some current technology. I don't know of anything offhand, but you can try to search nuget packages for "chat server C#".
