Is this possible or impossible?

Scenario: I'm a paid suscriber to a website where I post ads. When I signed up I used to receive emails from people contacting via a web form, and in those emails I had the interested person name, the EMAIL, and some basic data about what they wanted (dates, amount of people).

Some time ago, the website CHANGED the information I receive in the contact email. Instead the email of the person ie: someone@hotmail.com I get an email from respuesta-3130511f2d66d@mensajes.theirwebsite.com, and when I reply my email goes to that email. For basic reasons as privacy among others I need the REAL email address of the interested person instead respuesta-3130511f2d66d@mensajes.theirwebsite.com

So I normally ask politely to the interested person to write it down, however that is a lot of work, and in best of cases a waste of time for me and them. So I wonder if there is any way to retrieve the real email based on the information I receive in the email I get (or any other method). Notice that the user enters their own email in the contact form, but the website does not passes it to me anymore, instead they want to keep control over it. Many times when we ask the interested person to write down his email, they respond: "I already did when I contacted the first time" and it´s true they did, but I do not have it. So it´s a long conversation.

Is it possible what I want?
