[RESOLVED] why i can't Rate the people that help me?
i'm sorry and maybe isn't the 1st time that these question is done, but i need express myself.
it's normal that some people help me on questions and then i must Rate them like a thanks.
but why i can't Rate them if they help? i understand that must be control on Rates. but if they helped me, why i can't?

You should be able to see a * Rate Post on every post.

with same error message(even on your post): "You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to 2kaud again."
so how can i rate you or others, if i get always the same message?

It is very easy to understand: you rated some days ago the 2kaud's post; so now you must rate someone else before you will be able to rate 2kaud again.

Basically you can't keep rating the same person even if that person has provided advice for different threads. Don't worry about it.
All advice is offered in good faith only. All my code is tested (unless stated explicitly otherwise) with the latest version of Microsoft Visual Studio (using the supported features of the latest standard) and is offered as examples only - not as production quality. I cannot offer advice regarding any other c/c++ compiler/IDE or incompatibilities with VS. You are ultimately responsible for the effects of your programs and the integrity of the machines they run on. Anything I post, code snippets, advice, etc is licensed as Public Domain https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/ and can be used without reference or acknowledgement. Also note that I only provide advice and guidance via the forums - and not via private messages!
