    java can't find mistake

    Hi! I have one mistake in java code. I can't add new clients, it says "record added", but its not
    All other functions work perfectly fine. Currently I'm working in eclipse which connected to phpmyadmin, in phpmyadmin everything is saved, but in eclipse "add new clients" doesn't work. main.java
