Unmovable Splitter
Hi
Is there a way I could make my splitter not to be able to move in any direction

If you don't want the splitter to be movable, I'd recommend not using a splitter. I find that the interface would look confusing and frustrating because users are conditioned that when they see a splitter, they should be able to move it to resize the subviews.
If you want to split your window into two independent CViews, I would make a CParentView class. It would have member variables that were pointers to the two subviews. In its constructor, it would construct new subviews and assign its member variables. In its Create(), it would create the CSubView1 and CSubView2 objects and size them appropriately.
