Yesterday the world premier of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire took place in London. Unfortunatelly it will open in Romania only on December 2nd.

The second book is out now too. I've got it, but haven't had time to read it.

Ah, I love Jane Austen's books too. Pride and Prejudice is great. And guess what, Keira Knightley is one of my favorite actresses.

Yes, the one with Hugh Grant and Emma Thompson is Sense and Sensibility which also stars Kate Winslet (as Marianne Dashwood) before she got famous in the movie Titanic.

@Cilu: Cool! You're probably a fan of Natalie Portman too, huh? Of all Jane Austen novels, three are my favorites: Pride & Prejudice, Emma, and Sense & Sensibility. And all of them are now made into movies... so nice! The movie on "Emma" stars Gwyneth Paltrow.

(Uhm, I think her name is spelled Judi Dench ) Anyways, I love Mr. Darcy too! Have you seen the TV series they made in Britain (if I'm not mistaken). It stars Colin Firth and Jennifer Ehle. The DVD is now available as you can see in the link, but its kind of long. I can't wait how this new movie will be able to tell the story. So nice to meet people who likes the same things you do!

Yeah, I read that there was a tv series about this but I have not watched it. I hope they will released a package DVD of all Jane Austen based movies. That would be cool

Yes, I have read that thread a long time ago. I even counted the "votes" so to speak. But its really hard to keep track of who already voted who. Plus, there's a lot of nominees. But its a nice thread.... for guys.
