when running windows on a very high resolution monitor, the explorer (windows explorer or IE) toolbar icons appear very small - even with the large icon selection. Is there a programmatic way (e.g through shell extensions, or browser helper objects) to increase the size of the toolbar buttons and their corresponding bit map images ?
