Heaventools announces the release of Resource Tuner Console 1.70

Resource Tuner Console is an efficient and highly customizable script driven resource editor with a command-line interface that supports the creation and editing of resources in 32- and 64-bit Windows EXE or DLL files.

As a command-line tool, Resource Tuner Console can be run from both batch scripts and other Windows-based applications. This allows creating a reliable and repeatable post-build process for updating and customizing multiple resources at once.

Key features:

- Support for 32 and 64-bit PE files
- Altering the version numbers and version information
- Replacing icons, bitmaps and pictures in major graphic formats (GIF, PNG, JPEG)
- Editing StringTables and MessageTables
- Managing embedded XML manifest files
- PE Tools: changing the image base, checksum, date/time stamp in the PE file header
- UPX Unpacker
